  • Denver Metro Health Clinic Video
    This informative video re-enacts the STD/HIV testing experience at the Denver Metro Health Clinic. While patients are waiting to see a provider, the video can be played to give them a better idea of the overall clinic experience.

  • Safe in the City Video
    A simple video-based waiting room intervention, Safe in the City lowered STD incidence among STD clinic patients. In a controlled trial, the Safe in the City research group found that patients who were exposed to this 23-minute HIV/STD prevention video had nearly a 10% reduction in new infections compared with those who were not exposed to the video.   • Brown Informational Videos about HIV Testing
    This site offers two free informational videos about HIV and HIV testing. Both are English-language, animated and live-action short features intended to provide information to those who are undergoing testing for HIV. Both contain Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-recommended information about the definition and nature of HIV and AIDS, HIV transmission, HIV prevention, the benefits and consequences of being tested for HIV and being diagnosed with an HIV infection, and the meaning of possible HIV test results.
