Mobilizing against the HIV/AIDS Crisis among African Americans

Summary
The goal of this forum is to raise awareness about the impact of HIV/AIDS in African American communities and to encourage organizations to mobilize together against the crisis of HIV/AIDS among African Americans. Research and programs across the country will be highlighted, and a panel of experts will address questions from viewers. This satellite broadcast can be seen at viewing locations nationwide and also by webcast live or later (up to three years after airdate) on computers with Internet capability and Windows Media Player software that can be downloaded at no cost from the same website as the webcast, which is http://www2.cdc.gov/phtn.
This broadcast is designed for public health programs, community-based organizations, the faith community, news media, historically-black colleges and universities, Pan-Hellenic sororities and fraternities, businesses, professional organizations, academic and community-based researchers (such as behavioral scientists), and other organizations.
