This forum will cover the rationale for the use of social networks as a recruitment strategy for HIV counseling, testing, and referral services; the components of the social networks strategy; how to assess an organization's readiness for using the strategy; and available training and technical assistance. A panel of experts will address questions faxed in from viewers.
