Locate materials to order

• Type search criteria in the Search for box and click Search, or
• Browse all available materials by Format or Topic, or
• Download the NPIN List of Materials in English or Spanish

Order materials

• To order materials online:
  • If the item is available in hard copy only, click Add to Cart next to the item name.
  • If the item is available in PDF or HTML, click View Now next to the item to view the complete document online. To view the document online, you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free from the Adobe Systems Website.
    
Online orders cannot be accepted from outside the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

• To order materials by fax or mail:
  • Once you have added all of the items you wish to order to your cart, click Check Out. An order form will appear.
  • Print the order form and fax it to 1-888-282-7681 (domestic) or mail it to CDC NPIN, P.O. Box 6003, Rockville, MD, 20849-6003.
• To order materials by phone, call 1-800-458-5231 (domestic) or 1-404-679-3860 (international)
• To order materials by E-mail, send an E-mail containing each item's title and SKU #, the quantity desired, and your shipping and contact information to info@cdcnpin.org.
