Description
|
| Empower U, Incorporated is a not-for-profit minority peer-based Community Based Organization. It provides oral, rapid, and rapid oral confidential HIV-antibody testing, and pre- and post-test counseling. The HIV-antibody tests are offered at its office location, as well as from a mobile testing unit that goes out into the community. Other services include Ryan White I case management, Housing Programs for People with AIDS (HOPWA), transportation, social services, health education, risk reduction and prevention programs, Comprehensive Risk Reduction and Counseling Services, Safety Counts, and condom distribution. |
