More Test Positive in N.H. Hepatitis Investigation Abstract State health officials have announced that four more cases of hepatitis C virus have been found in Exeter Hospital patients. The four new cases match the HCV strain already found in 10 people treated in the hospital’s cardiac catheterization lab. All 14 have been notified; one is an Exeter Hospital employee. Officials are working quickly to determine how the infections occurred, said Dr. José Montero of the state Department of Health and Human Services.
