Assembly OKs Bill Requiring Teaching Birth Control Abstract By a vote of 48 to 43, the Wisconsin Assembly on Thursday gave final approval to a bill that would require schools teaching sex education to include instruction on preventing pregnancy. The bill must pass the Senate before advancing to the desk of Gov. Jim Doyle.
