This webinar is intended for the registered nurse and clinical personnel including health educators, health care staff, and surveillance specialist within the Heartland region.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to: (1) Describe the screening for TB in foreign born populations, (2) Discuss the new technical instructions covering the screening of TB in refugees and immigrants, and (3) List special considerations with foreign-born populations. |

Enrollment is limited to 100 lines from the Heartland region, which includes the following states: Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Pre-registration via online registration is required.
Registration deadline: November 24, 2009.
Continuing education credits are available.
